Remove Stuck Bluetooth Devices from Mac

Sometimes you may encounter a situation where you have a long list of bluetooth items in your menu list, but they don't show up in the bluetooth preferences. So how do you remove them?

FIX
Option 1: Remove them one at a time.

1. Option Click the Bluetooth Menu Icon in the menu bar. That means hold option on your keyboard then click it. This will open up hidden options.
2. Hover over the device you want to remove which will open a secondary menu.
3. Select "Remove"

​Option 2: Remove ALL the bluetooth devices at once.
WARNING: THIS WILL REMOVE EVERYTHING INCLUDING ALL THE DEVICES YOU MAY WANT.

1. Click your desktop background to ensure you're in the finder. 
2. Click "GO" in the upper menu bar.
3. Select "Go to Folder"
4. Paste in this location and click GO : /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
5. Move the file that is highlighted to the trash.
6. Restart your MAC. The bluetooth devices will be gone.
